Option Care Health, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support licensed pharmacists by processing prescriptions, preparing medications, and maintaining equipment in strict adherence to policies and state regulations.

You will handle patient information, assist with dispensing, manage inventory, and help ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining accurate data in our systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with internal/external customers.
• Able to perform basic and intermediate math calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic MS Word skills for editing documents.
• Basic MS Excel skills for currency formatting and data tasks.
• Basic PowerPoint skills for slides and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process basic prescription refills per policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, cleaning and testing.
• Collect patient information to plan materials and prescriptions.
• Support patient experience by answering questions.
• Receive, verify, stock and track inventory; schedule deliveries.
• Clean and organize site and supplies.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
