Job summary

The role is hybrid with standard pharmacy duties and other assigned tasks. Required education includes HS diploma and ASHP-accredited technician training; CPhT/PTCE or ExCPT within 6 months is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of ASHP accredited pharmacy technician training program is required.
• Licensure efforts in Wisconsin must be started by hire date with timelines.
• CPhT/PTCE or ExCPT certification required within 6 months of hire.
