Job summary

Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE‑accredited program
- Postgraduate year 2 (PGY‑2) residency or equivalent experience
- Kentucky pharmacist license or eligibility
- Board certification in a pharmacy specialty preferred
- Current BLS/ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care and participate in multidisciplinary rounds
- Evaluate medication orders for safety and efficacy
- Provide drug information and dosing consultations
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support formulary management
- Collaborate with leadership to implement clinical programs and cost‑effective therapies
