Responsibilities

• Provide inservices on medication therapy to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Mentor and train peers and residents within a service line.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide backup across service lines.
• Maintain active presence on patient care units for the majority of shifts.
• Participate in service-line committees and clinical initiatives.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents and document activities.
