Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care within the specialty area and participate in rounds with the multidisciplinary team.
• Develop, implement, and assess pharmacotherapy protocols to maximize efficacy and minimize costs.
• Educate pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and staff on current drug-related policies and pharmacotherapy topics.
