This role will serve as a resource to the interdisciplinary team, delivering innovative practices and service models that ensure cost-effective medication management. It will also provide education to technicians, pharmacists, and health care practitioners, including precepting interns and residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy is required.
• Three (3) years of progressive clinical practice with PGY1 from ASHP residency or no experience required with PGY1+PGY2 from ASHP residency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver optimal medication management across all dimensions of care.
• Serve as a resource to the interdisciplinary team and pharmacists; participate in clinical and operational duties.
• Provide education to technicians, pharmacists and other health care practitioners; precept pharmacy interns and residents.
