Qualifications

• Completion of a PGY1 ASHP-accredited residency highly preferred.
• Licensure in Texas or eligibility and 90-day licensure window.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflows, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Uphold formulary adherence and clinical interventions.
• Provide education and contribute to medication management excellence.

Education

Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm. D.
