The Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Children’s Mercy oversees the provision of accurate, safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care. The manager will have ownership of designated clinical areas, within which they will work with a multidisciplinary team to improve and sustain excellent patient care through collaboration and delegation.

This pharmacy leader will be a key player in strategic initiatives for the department.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy with 3–5 years of experience; 1 yr residency and one year working experience OR 2 yr residency (with one year management emphasis) may substitute for 3 years experience; Experience as a pharmacist in a hospital environment with responsibility for coordinating pharmacy services would be most helpful for this position
• Master’s Degree (Preferred) and no or minimal experience needed with higher level degree.
• Licensed Pharmacist - MO and KS licenses required within 90 days of hire.
