Tennessee Oncology is seeking a PharmD‑level Pharmacist to provide leadership in the optimal preparation and dosing of medications for oncology patients. You will deliver patient‑specific drug information, advise on labeling, and support safe, evidence‑based therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include compounding sterile products, optimizing preparation, participating in Pharmacy & Therapeutics decisions, ensuring compliance with USP standards, and mentoring residents.

Qualificações

• Pharmacotherapy expertise and clinical decision skills.
• Tennessee pharmacy license active and in good standing.
• Oncology and sterile products experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews, compounds, prepares and oversees sterile product compounding.
• Optimizes medication preparation and resolves therapy issues.
• Serve as clinical resource on drug therapy, interactions and side effects.
• Support evidence‑based prescribing with medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with USP standards and accrediting requirements.
• Monitor inventory and formulary adherence.
• On‑call responsibilities as needed.
