Qualifications

• Texas licensure or eligibility; Board certification in the specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to optimize drug therapy and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as pharmacotherapy expert member of interdisciplinary care teams; perform pharmacotherapy consults.
• Lead department initiatives, education for colleagues/trainees, and contribute to guidelines and policies.
• Oversee service line performance, recruitment/retention, and evaluations within the specialty team.
