Job summary

Dignity Health - St. John's Regional Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist Coordinator to lead clinical pharmacy services, drive program development and educate staff across SJRMC and SJHC facilities.

You will supervise drug management programs, analyze outcomes, and collaborate with physicians to implement evidence-based, cost-effective therapies while ensuring high-quality patient care and education.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy
• Four (4) years hospital pharmacy experience including I.V. Admixture, Unit Dose, and well rounded clinical experience which includes D.U.E. and Q.I. functions required.
• Pharmacist CA License

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate the clinical pharmacy services as well as the training and education of the professional staff.
• supervision of the planning and development of comprehensive drug management programs for SJRMC and SJHC facilities.
• Collaborates with other system entities on disease management and ambulatory practice issues to establish a continuum of care.
