Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Clinical Coordinator in Pharmacy to lead clinical pharmacy services across the acute-care setting. You will work with the Director and Assistant Director to promote safe, evidence-based medication use for patients of all ages, and support quality initiatives and education for pharmacists, residents, and students.

Qualifications

• Must have an active unrestricted Pharmacist license/registration from New Jersey.
• ACPE accreditation or equivalence required; internship hours completed.
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (ACLS within 6 months of hire).
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical pharmacy activities and supervise clinical specialists.
• Lead education, training, and clinical competencies for staff and residents.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and medication-use initiatives across the department.
• Provide leadership for antimicrobial stewardship and formulary management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to advance patient outcomes.

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent

ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy or FPGEC certification
