Bausch + Lomb is seeking a translational scientist to lead pharmacokinetics, PK/PD, and pharmacometrics across Rx ophthalmic and consumer eye health pipelines. You will shape development plans, provide strategic input for candidate selection, and drive regulatory-grade pharmacology sections for submissions.

The role requires a PhD with 6+ years in PK/PD, pharmacometrics, and related fields, and involves collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, and external partners to advance a best-in-class

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences with extensive PK/PD experience.
• Experience with pharmacometrics and systems pharmacology.
• Strong collaboration across R&D, regulatory, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead PK, PK/PD, and pharmacometrics activities across ophthalmic programs.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and IND/CTA materials.
• Communicate findings to management and external authorities.
