Job summary

UF Health in Florida is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for an overnight position on a 1-week-on/1-week-off schedule. Shifts run Monday–Friday 9:00 PM–7:00 AM and Sat/Sun 8:00 PM–7:00 AM, supporting pharmaceutical care, medication dispensing, and resolving drug-related problems.

You will participate in performance improvement, academic programs, and clinical research, and serve as a liaison to medical and nursing staff while supervising 3–18 technicians and ensuring accuracy and compassionate

Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in Florida or eligible for license within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide and support pharmaceutical care including medication dispensing and identifying/resolving drug-related problems.
• Promote optimal therapeutics and medication education; participate in performance improvement and clinical research activities.
• Serve as liaison to medical and nursing staff; supervise technician employees (3–18).
