Job summary

You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee the pharmacy during shifts, ensure compliance with state boards, and collaborate with the broader healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining safe and efficient operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts, with coaching and feedback.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflows and safety guardrails.
• Provide immunizations and counseling to patients, collaborating with the patient's healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Demonstrate compassionate care and contribute to positive patient experiences.
