CVS Health in Tennessee is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team on shift, dispense medications safely, counsel patients, and immunize where permitted. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and help ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
Oversee pharmacy operations as the proxy of the Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
Assist in leading the pharmacy team and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and follow workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
Deliver compassionate patient care and resolve insurance or medication issues with the team.
Offer immunizations and support technicians in immunization administration.
