Job summary

The role requires a Michigan pharmacist license, 6 months of pharmacy experience, and comfort with Windows-based apps (Office, email).

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacist License in good standing in Michigan.
• Six months pharmacy experience
• Six months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
• Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses per business need (paid for by CVS Health).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals while providing leadership and guidance to supporting staff.
• Ensure the accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services, including drug therapy monitoring, patient education, drug information and chronic disease state management for our clinical programs.
