Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor for our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy in Tampa, FL. You will supervise staff (up to 25) and provide direction to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will direct daily workflows, conduct interviews and hiring, evaluate performance, coach and counsel staff, and enforce policies to uphold quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully onsite in Tampa.

Qualifications

• Florida Pharmacist license required.
• Ability to work 100% onsite at the Tampa facility.
• Experience supervising pharmacy staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy and provide direction to ensure requests are met and prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Direct daily workflow, coaching, counseling, and performance reviews to meet company and customer expectations.
