Job summary

CVS Health in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Pharmacist for our Specialty Mail Service Pharmacy to deliver high quality pharmaceutical care and leadership to the supporting staff. You will oversee drug therapy monitoring, patient education, and chronic disease management within our clinical programs.

The role requires a Michigan pharmacist license, 6 months of pharmacy experience, and comfort with Windows-based apps (Office, email).

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacist License in good standing in Michigan.
• Six months pharmacy experience
• Six months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
• Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses per business need (paid for by CVS Health).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals while providing leadership and guidance to supporting staff.
• Ensure the accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services, including drug therapy monitoring, patient education, drug information and chronic disease state management for our clinical programs.

As a Pharmacist for our Specialty Mail Service Pharmacy, you will have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals while providing leadership and guidance to supporting staff. Required Qualifications

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$50.48 - $84.62

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
