You will review every prescription in your queue, check for drug interactions, dosing accuracy, allergies, and other safety concerns, providing final expert review beyond automated checks.

You’ll stay current with best practices, educate patients and staff, and help optimize therapeutic regimens to deliver exceptional care.

Qualificações

• CA license as Pharmacist is required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Document clinical activities and interventions such as consults and patient teachings.
• Interpret medication orders for interactions, dosing, and appropriateness; enter into the computer system.
• Verify medications prepared by others.
• Communicate drug information to patients and health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge base to provide clinical services across all ages.
• Maintain working knowledge of automated systems.
