Qualifications

• Interpret orders for drug interactions and appropriateness; enter and verify orders, label and dispense meds promptly.
• Verifies medications prepared by other staff.
• Communicates drug information to patients and health professionals; resolves drug-related problems with physicians to achieve outcomes.
• Maintains knowledge base to provide clinical services for all age groups.
• Maintains working knowledge of automated systems.
