Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Pharmacist at our Somerville location to ensure safe, timely medications and deliver exceptional patient care. You will oversee prescription processing, inventory management and contribute to cost-effective therapies while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff.

This full-time, on-site role requires MA Pharmacist license, immunization certification, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited school and MA license.
• Immunization certification and BLS are required.
• Experience with pharmacy operations and cash handling is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reviews, fills, and explains prescriptions; counsels patients on usage.
• Oversees prescription processing, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Leads pharmacy staff; coaches interns and technicians; ensures efficient service.
• Maintains drug inventories, documentation, and quality improvement activities.
