Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent education/experience required.
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug-related problems.
• Contacts MD's nurses and other professionals as necessary to facilitate care.
• Compounds and dispenses medications, provides drug and drug therapy related information and supervises the work of pharmacy support personnel.

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent education/experience

Washington Pharmacist License upon hire

Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
