Job summary

Providence Centralia Hospital in Washington state is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care as part of the patient-care team. The role requires PharmD, Washington license, and BLS upon hire, with preferred ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency or acute care hospital experience.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize therapy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed PharmD with Washington state license and BLS where applicable.
• Experience in hospital clinical settings preferred.
• Completion of ASHP PGY1 residency is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD:Doctorate of Pharmacy or
  • Bachelor's Degree:Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
• Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
