Providence Infusion-Pharmacy Svcs-Spokane Valley is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to coordinate all clinical pharmacy services and products. The role emphasizes patient-centered care within Providence Health & Services’ culture of respect.

Required: Pharmacist license in Washington and graduation from an accredited pharmacy program; PharmD or postgraduate degree preferred with geriatrics residency possible. Experience in clinical management and managed care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
• PharmD or Post-graduate degree in pharmacy.
• Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
• Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.
