Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review clinician notes for prior authorizations and care plan recommendations.
• Develop and refine disease- and drug-specific protocols to maximize adherence and cost-effective care.
• Monitor patient adherence and data across sites and disease states, focusing on oncology and specialties.
• Evaluate EMR data for drug-disease interactions, labs, allergies, and orders to optimize outcomes.
• Recommend therapy changes to prescribers based on guidelines.
