Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Florida.
• 1+ years' experience preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy knowledge, oncology or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Review clinician notes for prior authorization data and care plans.
• Develop disease- and drug-specific clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient adherence across sites and diseases.
• Evaluate EMR for drug interactions, labs, allergies and renewals.
• Recommend regimen changes to prescribers per guidelines.
• MTM activities and documentation; advise clinicians on evidence-based therapy.
