Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
• One year of specialized experience in MTM and clinical pharmacy for GS-12 level.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, modify, and evaluate drug therapy; educate and counsel patients.
• Perform pharmaceutical compounding for sterile and non-sterile preparations.
• Evaluate orders for safety and efficacy based on guidelines and patient factors.
• Dispense medications with attention to accuracy, labeling, and safety.
