Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, modify, and evaluate drug therapy for patients.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, including extemporaneous formulations.
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness based on guidelines and patient factors.
• Dispense medications with accuracy, labeling, safety, and regulatory compliance.
