Qualifications

• 1 year of pharmacist experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Commitment to medication safety and accuracy, and ability to counsel patients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide thorough medication counseling to patients on use, side effects, interactions, and adherence.
• Collaborate with prescribers to optimize regimens and resolve questions.
• Support quality and compliance by following policies and best practices in medication management.
