• Experience with antimicrobial stewardship and culture data interpretation.
• Proficiency in reading orders, compounding, labeling, and dispensing medications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate drug supply and timely ordering.
• Prepare parenteral medications with proper labeling.
• Read and interpret drug orders; dispense and label containers.
• Ensure strict control and documentation of dispensed drugs.
• Document dispensed drugs per applicable laws and policies.
• Monitor therapy for interactions and contraindications; report ADRs.
