Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, modify, and evaluate drug therapy for optimal outcomes and counsel patients.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and prepare extemporaneous formulations.
• Evaluate orders for accuracy, interactions, and formulary options; ensure patient safety.
• Dispense medications with accurate labeling and regulatory compliance.
