Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, modify and evaluate drug therapy; interact with patients; educate and counsel.
• Pharmaceutical compounding for sterile and non-sterile preparations; extemporaneous formulations.
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness based on guidelines, patient factors, interactions, allergies and formulary options.
• Dispense medications with accuracy, labeling, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
