Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, modify, and evaluate drug therapy; educate patients.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, including extemporaneous formulations.
• Evaluate medication orders for safety and appropriateness based on guidelines and patient factors.
• Dispense medications with attention to accuracy, labeling, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
