Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an ACPE-approved college of Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• Licensure to practice as a Pharmacist within 4 months of hire.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides medication order-entry, drug distribution, and patient care with accurate documentation.
• Reviews prescriptions for safety and efficacy across diverse patient populations.
• Completes prior authorizations using EMR data and provider contact.
• Educates patients on medications and monitors therapy.
• Leads pharmacy support staff and ensures workflow efficiency.
• Participates in education for pharmacy technicians and students.
