Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required (ACPE-approved).
• No experience required.
• In lieu of an active license, intern status or reciprocity pathway may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication order-entry, distribution, administration and patient care.
• Review prescriptions for safety, appropriateness and efficacy.
• Educate patients and care teams on medications and therapies.
• Oversee pharmacy support staff and ensure accuracy of tasks.
• Liaise with physicians and care teams to optimize pharmacotherapy.
