The role includes supervising students and technicians, entering orders, documenting clinically, counseling patients, and collaborating to optimize formulary choices while upholding safety. Graduate of an accredited pharmacy program with Georgia licensure is required.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Eligible for Georgia licensure; must be licensed before start date.
• BLS certification within 90 days; ACLS within 6 months if applicable.
• One year hospital experience preferred or new graduate under Emory tuition program.
• Preferred: PGY1 residency with potential to Clinical Pharmacist II.

• Prepare, compound and dispense medications with accuracy and safety.
• Manage required record-keeping and serve as a resource to medical professionals.
• Oversee orders entry, verify doses and routes, and document interventions.
• Oversee pharmacy students, interns, and technicians to maintain standards.
