Qualifications

• Three years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals according to professional standards.
• Advise physicians on drug therapy, toxicity, and side effects.
• Assist in prescribing appropriate doses and ensure adequate drug quantities are ordered and maintained.
• Prepare and dispense all medications within the facility.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and comply with related policies.
• Mentor healthcare professionals in training and provide monthly consulting to facilities.
