Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Pharmacist to work in a hospital setting for a 13-week assignment. The pharmacist will compound and dispense medications, collaborate with physicians and staff, and participate in quality and regulatory activities to ensure patient safety.

Candidates must have a pharmacy license and BLS certification, with a minimum of one year of hospital experience preferred, and a strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics and dosing services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent hospital experience preferred.
• Must have a pharmacy license.
• Must have BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetics and ability to conduct dosing service.

Responsibilities

• Compounds and dispenses medications from physicians' prescriptions.
• Participates in Performance Improvement plans within the facility.
• Consults with administration, medical staff, and facility staff on quality, regulatory, and risk issues.
• Supports and serves as consultant to all clinical staff.
• Interprets medication orders and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical preparations.
