Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required or PharmD.
• 0–1 years hospital or retail pharmacy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepares, verifies, and dispenses medications per prescriptions and protocols.
• Reviews medication orders for appropriateness and optimizes therapy.
• Counsels patients and families on dosing, side effects, and adherence.
• Collaborates with physicians and nurses to resolve medication-related issues.
• Develops and implements clinical protocols to standardize medication use.
