Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains an effective communication system within Pharmacy staff and with clinicians.
• Educates, mentors, and supports pharmacy students, residents, and staff.
• Looks for opportunities for cost containment and improved patient care.
• Participates in clinical research and drug utilization reviews to improve outcomes.
• Oversees clinical pharmacy student/residency programs and ensures safe patient care.
