Job summary

Los Angeles Jewish Health's Brandman Centers for Senior Care (PACE) in Redondo Beach is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the BCSC program. This full-time role supports medication management, quality improvement, and CMS compliance in elderly care settings.

The Pharmacist will review drug regimens, collaborate with the Medical Director, and ensure accurate PDE reporting and cost-effective medication use while upholding the highest standards of patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• A California registered pharmacist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews BCSC participants’ drug regimens and profiles.
• Develops and documents review processes with the Medical Director.
• Reports findings to the QAPI Committee on a quarterly basis.
• Ensures appropriate medication management and PDE reporting to CMS.
