Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Pharm.D. from an Acc. college of pharmacy.
• Georgia Pharmacy license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medications accurately to patients to improve health outcomes.
• Review orders for completeness, accuracy and dosing; discuss with providers as needed.
• Follow USP 795/797/800 practices for sterile/non-sterile preparations.
• Participate in Clinical Pharmacy Service to deliver patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families about medications and safety.
