Job summary

CloudRx Pharmacy Hub in Irving, TX seeks a Non-Dispensing Staff Pharmacist to support the pharmacy team with specialized services, prescription transfers, and patient interactions.

You will collaborate with the Tech Team Lead, act as escalation point for complex cases, nurture clinic-provider relationships, oversee clinic chats, and contribute to operational excellence through quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex medication issues.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to patient privacy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prescriptions Transfer: Facilitate seamless transfer of prescriptions between pharmacies.
• Partner with Tech Lead to handle patients' issues and provide clinical support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex medication cases.
• Partner with Team Leads to build relationships with clinic providers and patients.
• Contribute to operational success through quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage and respond to Clinic Chats with timely, accurate patient guidance.
• Handle transfers and re-transfers as part of KPI responsibilities.
• Other assigned duties.
