Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Missouri seeks a licensed pharmacist for a full-time daytime role focused on medication management and patient care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize therapy and ensure safe dispensing.

Qualifications

Pharmacist license (RPh) and MO MT certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
Doctorate in Pharmacy with 2–5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess, monitor, initiate, and modify medication use based on patient needs.
Ensure prompt, accurate medication dispensing and resolve medication-related issues.
Supervise supportive staff and provide education on drug therapy.
