Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in MO.
• Medication Therapy Services certification in MO.
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience; preferred 2–5 years if Doctorate.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and oversee technicians, interns, and volunteers.
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
• Serve as a medication therapy resource and staff trainer.
• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness based on patient conditions.
• Identify opportunities to improve medication safety and efficiency.
