Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and cover ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management sites as needed.

You will manage referred patients' medication therapy, communicate with patients and other pharmacists, and contribute to the education of pharmacy residents, students and medical students as needed.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharm with post 2006 experience.
• 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• BLS.
• Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.

Job Summary

As the Clinical Pharmacist, you perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and must be willing to cover at any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed. In this role, you will manage referred patients' medication therapy and communicate with patients and other pharmacists. You will contribute to the education of pharmacy residents, students and medical students as needed. REQUIREMENTS

• PharmD or BS Pharm with post 2006 experience.


• 1 year of pharmacy experience.


• BLS.


• Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of full time pharmacy practice or PGY1 Pharmacy Residency experience.


• Board Certification and/or additional training in specialty area.
