Job summary

ProMedica's Clinical Pharmacist position at Monroe Regional Hospital focuses on ambulatory care, managing referred patients' therapy, and coordinating with patients and other pharmacists.

You will participate in education of pharmacy residents and students, and be willing to cover multiple ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management sites as needed. This is a full-time, day-shift role in Michigan.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharm with post 2006 experience.
• 1 year of pharmacy experience.
• BLS.
• Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Ohio and Michigan.

Job Summary:

REQUIREMENTS

• PharmD or BS Pharm with post 2006 experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of full time pharmacy practice or PGY1 Pharmacy Residency experience.
• Board Certification and/or additional training in specialty area.
