Qualifications

• Current pharmacist license in the state of practice is required.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, DEA, FDA) needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness and dosage.
• Provide clinical recommendations to physicians regarding therapy changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide support.
