PharMerica, Fridley, MN, is hiring a full-time Pharmacist for a non-retail, long-term care setting. You will evaluate orders, provide clinical recommendations, maintain resident profiles, and ensure monitoring for high-risk medications.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to optimize therapy, document interventions, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Current and valid pharmacist license in the relevant state.
• Experience in long-term care is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of drug therapy guidelines and regulatory standards.
